At Evidence Based Birth Inc., we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
